How do you really measure such a thing?

Our brains are so amazing. We do not even see after all those years and talks and lessons and interviews about needing to be worthy, and the effect it has on our self esteem and mental health. The subconscious brain just gets to work and making the connection that we must NOT be worthy enough. Everything we do and think was measured in the mormon church. Let me help you calm your brain down a bit so you can see how to change these damaging thoughts.

I was lucky enough to have an experience that let me know exactly how worthy I thought I was. I share a personal story with you this week. I have a feeling that many of you may relate.
